Women's Bible Study - The War Room

Ladies' Ministry
02.12.2019 10:00 am - 11:30 am

War Room is a family friendly, multi-racial, multi-generational movie designed to inspire the body of Christ to united prayer and a closer relationship with God. On Tuesday mornings (January 15 - February 12), we will take a look at the movie War Room as we discuss the power of prayer in a world that is decaying morally.

To kick off the study of War Room, we will have a ministry wide MOVIE NIGHT on Friday night, January 11th at 6:30 pm. Join us in the Adult Wing, Room S201/202 for a fun popcorn bar and fellowship together. (Please use the gym lobby for entrance to the building)

Starting Tuesday, January 15th, we will explore the messages in the movie from 10:00-11:30am in the Mercy Building. To ensure we have enough study guides for the Tuesday study, please sign up January 6th in the gym lobby or email Lynn Box if you plan to attend. Please indicate whether or not you will need childcare as childcare will be offered during the classes that meet on Tuesday mornings.

Start your year off with this study and join us as we explore the power of prayer.

Why Our Members Chose Twickenham

I felt strangely at home right away. Felt peace, love, acceptance and grace. . . They smiled at me, said hi, welcomed me: all with a great sense of sincerity.

I saw a new approach to worship and I felt God like I hadn’t for a while. It didn’t take me more than a few Sundays for me to feel at home.

I felt like it gave me the best opportunity to bring a non-believer or wayward believer with a different background or religious upbringing and them feel at home and interested in reconnecting with God or maybe connecting for the first time.
